ROYAL MAIL SERVICES ADDENDUM
Version 12, 13 June 2023
-
In this Addendum, in addition to the words and phrases defined in the Intersoft Services Agreement (the "Agreement", of which this Addendum forms a part):
"Royal Mail Delivery Services" means any parcel collection, delivery and/or handling services provided directly or indirectly by Royal Mail;
"Royal Mail Information Services" means any information collection, provision and/or processing services provided directly or indirectly by Royal Mail;
"Royal Mail Services" means any services provided directly or indirectly by Royal Mail, including Royal Mail Delivery Services and Royal Mail Information Services; and
"Royal Mail Tracking Data" means Tracking Data collected directly or indirectly from the Royal Mail Information Services.
-
The Customer must not:
(a) offer, facilitate or permit access to Royal Mail Information Services to or by any third party, including any third-party provider of parcel management services and/or related software solutions to End Customers;
(b) provide any third party with Royal Mail Tracking Data; or
(c) enable or permit End Customer access to Royal Mail Information Services or Royal Mail Tracking Data by means of any third party’s solution (whether or not held out as being the Customer's own solution),
unless Intersoft has expressly agreed otherwise in the Services Order Form. However, this Clause 2 does not restrict the Customer's provision of services or Royal Mail Tracking Data as otherwise expressly permitted by the Agreement.
- The Customer must not without the prior written permission of Intersoft resell (or allow any other person to resell) any of the Royal Mail Services to consumers and/or small business end users (including through physical premises such as shops and through websites offering drop-off locations). Intersoft is entitled to withhold this permission and may set conditions before granting such permission.
- At any time following the termination of the Agreement, Intersoft may write to any End Customer for Royal Mail Services notifying such End Customer of the termination of the Agreement and providing information to such End Customer about alternative ways to access Royal Mail Services.
